Jezamine heads up the employment and intellectual property departments in the Hong Kong office. She is a seasoned litigator and has acted in a number of high profile cases litigated in Hong Kong. She is ranked as a leading lawyer in both fields by legal publications. Clients praise her responsiveness and her ability to simplify the issues whilst providing clear and practical advice.
Jezamine has a solid track record in respect of enforcement matters relating to clients’ intellectual property rights. She often appears in court to obtain prohibitive and mareva injunctions.
