The ACC Hong Kong Board of Directors invites you to the following exclusive presentation, hosted by Mintz Group

Food and drinks will be provided. 1 Law Society of Hong Kong CPD point has been awarded. New York and California Approved Jurisdiction policy may apply.

Well-known brands have long been subjected to fraudulent reproduction and counterfeiting, particularly in Asia. The Mintz Group conducts brand protection and anti-counterfeiting investigations for rights holders in diverse industries, such as apparel, pharmaceuticals, entertainment and machine parts. Through our expertise, we will explain the steps involved: Trace the Product, Investigate the Counterfeiters and Seize and Bust Them.  Recent case studies on supply chain traceability, disloyal manufacturers, and a global brand protection campaign will highlight the most effective ways to minimize your losses, control your supply chain and enforce your brand.

Participants will understand the strategies entailed in an anti-counterfeiting investigation, how to evaluate the appropriate level of background checking into new business partners to prevent problems in the first place, and methods of obtaining better intelligence into their supply chain.
