INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

a) ACC Hong Kong Full Membership

ACC Hong Kong individual membership is available exclusively to individuals, working as a corporate in-house counsel for a private enterprise, or working as in-house counsel for a government department or agency, quasi-government or administrative body who does not have regulatory, enforcement and policy functions.

A 12-month ACC Hong Kong Full membership rate is valued at HKD2,055. Payment methods can be found on the Payment Methods page.

You may apply for or renew your individual membership online.

b) ACC Hong Kong Standard Membership

To be eligible for ACC Hong Kong Standard Membership you must have held an individual Hong Kong Corporate Counsel Association (HKCCA) membership prior to 1st September 2017. Individuals joining after 1st September 2017 are not eligible for ACC Hong Kong Standard Membership, except if you fall within one of the following categories:

  • Working for a government department or agency, quasi-government, or administrative body who has regulatory, enforcement, and policy functions.
  • An existing HKCCA member on or prior 1st September who is not in-house counsel (e.g. professors, students, academics, and paralegals). In such circumstance, you will be grandfathered and known as associate members and will be eligible for ACC Hong Kong Standard Membership only.

A 12-month ACC Hong Kong Standard membership rate is HKD750. Payment methods can be found on the Payment Methods page.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

ACC's Corporate Membership is the perfect way to provide your lawyers with the practice resources necessary for them to do their jobs effectively.

a) ACC Hong Kong Full Corporate Membership

ACC Hong Kong Full Corporate Membership is only available to legal departments, consisting of a minimum of nine in-house lawyers working in a private enterprise or government department or agency, quasi-government or administrative body without a regulatory, enforcement or policy function.

b) ACC Hong Kong Standard Corporate Membership

To be eligible for ACC Hong Kong Standard Corporate Membership, your legal department must be a corporate member who joined HKCCA on or prior to 1st September 2017, consisting of at least six in-house lawyers.

A 12-month ACC Hong Kong Standard Corporate membership rate is HKD500 per person. Payment methods can be found on the Payment Methods page

Legal departments who wish to join as a corporate member after 1st September 2017 must join as ACC Corporate Members, except if your legal department works for a government department or agency, quasi-government, or administrative body who has regulatory, enforcement, and policy functions.
